1994年

TAS was officially established, marking the beginning of its journey in the satellite communications industry.

1998年

Obtained the Satellite Broadcasting Relay Service License, laying the foundation for its core business development.

1999

Obtained the Fixed Satellite Communication Service License. In the same year, TAS received the “Golden Technical Award” for Outstanding Satellite Earth Station Engineering, earning recognition from both government and industry.

2000

The Linkou Satellite Earth Station was completed and commenced operations. The company was officially renamed Teleport Access Services, Inc., demonstrating its long-term strategic vision.

2001

Invested in Hongyuan Telecommunications, one of Taiwan’s largest Type II telecom operators, serving nearly ten thousand enterprise customers and significantly expanding its business scope.

2004

SKY Perfect JSAT, Japan’s largest satellite operator, made a strategic investment in TAS, marking a key milestone in its international expansion.

2011

Received the 2nd Golden Technical Award for Outstanding Engineering and Excellent Engineering Personnel, further demonstrating its professional capabilities.

2012

Awarded the Outstanding Business Entity Award by the Ministry of Finance in recognition of its excellent operational performance.

2014

Obtained ISO 27001 Information Security Management and ISO 29100 Privacy Framework certifications, strengthening data security and privacy protection mechanisms.

2015

Established a subsidiary, TrendSmart Marketing Co., Ltd., advancing toward diversified business operations.

2017

Expanded professional digital studios to provide more comprehensive video production and marketing services.

2018

Established an EFP (Electronic Field Production) team, integrating satellite transmission and production capabilities to deliver end-to-end broadcasting services.

2021

Telecommunications business transformation plan approved, actively embracing next-generation communication services.

2023

Applied for a Maritime Satellite Communication License, expanding into the maritime communications market.

2024

Provided broadcasting services for major events such as the National Intercollegiate Athletic Games, earning widespread recognition for its professional team and innovative technology.

2025

Launched satellite-based medical communication services, enhancing telemedicine and medical data transmission capabilities in remote areas.
